At Dream Cups by Tae, every item is handmade with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations or tiny imperfections may naturally occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade artistry — not defects.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Reporting Major Issues

If your order arrives with a major flaw or issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery receipt. Photos and a detailed description of the concern may be required for review. Once your concern is received, a resolution or next steps will be provided within 7 business days, unless otherwise communicated.

Shipping & Transit Damage

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier/logistics company, Dream Cups by Tae is no longer responsible for damage, delays, or mishandling during transit. In these situations, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

 
Additional Terms

Certain products, custom orders, limited releases, or promotions may include additional terms and conditions. Any applicable conditions will be clearly presented and must be agreed to during checkout.
