Handmade Product Notice
All items are handmade and crafted with care. Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, slight variations, minor imperfections, or small differences in color, texture, rhinestone placement, glitter distribution, or epoxy finish may occur. These characteristics make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout before any order processing begins. Dream Cups by Tae reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Sales Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted unless otherwise stated.

Customers have up to 5 days after delivery to report major product flaws or damage. If approved, a resolution will be provided within 7 business days unless otherwise communicated.

Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Dream Cups by Tae is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen deliveries, or carrier-related issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Product Care
Customers are responsible for following all provided care instructions. Improper handling, exposure to extreme heat, dropping, soaking, dishwasher use, or misuse may damage handmade items and void any replacement consideration.

Intellectual Property
All images, designs, product names, logos, branding, and website content are the property of Dream Cups by Tae and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Website & Pricing Changes
Dream Cups by Tae reserves the right to modify products, pricing, policies, and website content at any time without prior notice.
